About Us

Our objective is simple.

At Free Access Health Clinic, we are committed to bridging gaps in healthcare access by providing free medical care to those who need it most. Our services are available to:

Uninsured Patients – Individuals without health insurance who struggle to access necessary medical care.
Underserved Patients – Those facing challenges beyond financial hardship, such as provider shortages, transportation difficulties, or other barriers to care.

We strive to deliver high-quality, personalized care within the scope of our services. When a patient requires advanced care beyond what we provide, we will help connect them with appropriate resources. However, our clinic cannot assume responsibility for care delivered outside our facility.

Why We Do This.

Many people in our community face barriers to healthcare access, whether due to lack of insurance, high costs, limited provider options, transportation difficulties, or challenges navigating the healthcare system. These obstacles often delay necessary care, leading to preventable health issues.

Care You Can Trust.

Confidential. Free of Judgment.

We are here to answer all questions and ensure that everyone receives the care they need – whenever they need it – at no cost to see a healthcare professional. Patients may only incur charges for medication or lab work if they are not eligible for financial assistance.

The demand for free healthcare in Vermont far exceeds the available resources. Many in our community – uninsured, underinsured, or underserved – urgently need medical attention, mental healthcare, and professional guidance. At Free Access Health Clinic, we take this responsibility seriously. Our dedicated team works with every patient to assess their needs, provide personalized diagnostic care, and determine the best course of action.

Expanding Access to Specialty Care.

In addition to primary care, we are proud to offer a growing list of specialized consulting services, including Dermatology, Neurology, Pulmonary Disease, Sleep Medicine, Infectious Disease, Psychiatry, Mental Health, and more.
