Who can be seen?

Adult Patients 18+ Years or Older
Vermont Residents Only

Eligibility for Medical and Diagnostic Lab Financial Assistance Program:

Uninsured: Those without medical insurance altogether.
Underinsured: Those with insurance, but not able to afford the copays necessary to receive the attention and treatment they require.
Have a household income 400% or below the federal poverty level.
